Good price and quality headset... No 3.5mm in package
This product works great with the Avaya phone. However, it did not come with the 3.5mm jack adapter. I only realized this too late to make a return.

Microphone sucks
I can hear well but other's day that I sound muffled when I talk. Very disappointed with the microphone on this headset.

These are the best for this price range...
I bought a few sets to see which i liked best... this one by far. If you are looking for an affordable headset for work, this is a great option. Lightweight, won't hurt your ears after 8 hrs, I recommend. There *are* better options but you'll pay a lot more for them.

Work amazing!
Loved everything about them. Unfortunately, I switched jobs and can no longer use them, which truly makes me upset. They are one of the best I have ever used
