Comparable to SIS. Quenching thirst. Most of the time one tablet is enough for 0.5 liter. Plenty of vitamins B prevents tiredness. Overall quite good!

Before exercising, it improved my performance, and it tastes great. It is expensive though.

They are really good - best of their product type. If you are active - or get headaches from being slightly dehydrated- these are amazing.

I bought these for work travel but quickly found they also work excellent after a few drinks to bring you around. I would now not go without them!

I find these tablets really help me hydrate and energise. Usually have them the evening when I am going out and sometimes the next day.
