hello, I bought the machine but I am missing one of the black rubber bands that are on the base, I would like to know if you can send it?

Hi there, yes we can definitely send a replacement rubber foot if that's what you're looking for. Please message us your address separately or visit our website for customer service and we can get you squared away.

Would this work for a very busy handcrafted beverage vendor or is this more for the home? We wear out many commercial juicers in a year.

We have had customers use this in a commercial setting! This is the type of juicer they use in Mexican Markets to squeeze fresh juice, so it can definitely take some use.

Does a measuring cup fit below the fruit press to catch the juice?

It would depend on the size of the measuring cup, but I've definitely fit a couple of different measuring cups under mine! The area where the cup would sit is about 5.5'' wide and 6'' tall.

Hello! While the juicer is sized to accommodate large fruit, will it also juice smaller fruit, such as lemons and limes? Or is the tray too large?

Hello, The large juicer can also accommodate smaller citrus fruits! Thank You,
