I am very pleased with my Life Pro 3D, I’ve had this product for about 9mo and have no issues. Its weight capacity was a bonus as my husband is much larger than me and it has held up great, makes little to no noise and feels great. As a retired Occupational Therapist for 30yrs we used a very similar plate to treat lymphedema, balance issues, fibromyalgia as well as general strengthening. The plate has so many options to address separate needs. I’ve used it mainly for pain control, strengthening and stress relief, I recommend this product!

I’m very pleased with my LifePro 3D Vibration Plate, I’ve had it about a month and use it daily. It seems to be very sturdy, I love that it has preset features. It’s helping with my hip pain, blood flow, sleep, aches and pains, along with stress relief. I highly recommend it.

I normally don’t write reviews on the exercise tools I purchase. However, here and there you come across an exercise machine that stands out among all the other ones, and this is one of those. First, and most important, is that this machine is very easy to use. This is almost “plug and play” as it were. The machine has 8 pre-programmed exercises where you do nothing but stand on the machine, hit the Start Button (BLACK TRIANGLE) on the remote, and the SPEED and TIME is already set for you! The higher you go on the pre-programs the higher the set SPEED AND TIME. It’s that simple. If you don’t care for preprograms then you can customize your exercises. Read your instructions Manual. Now for the health benefits. I’m undergoing Physical Therapy for a torn rotator cuff. I placed the machine on a counter top so I could place my hand/arm on the platform. I then customized a beginners (Read your Manual) routine with only the Oscillating Motor ON that has provided me with shoulder mobility beyond what I expected. I immediately felt the oscillating vibrations moving from my hand up the arm into the shoulder joint. The inflammation relief is amazing. The beauty of the machine is that you This machine has two motors: an H (for Horizontal movement) and an (L) for lateral movement. You could you use both or one or the other. Your choice. The platform simulates “walking”, “jogging”, and “running“ modes. All you have to do is stand and place your feet on predesignated spots on the platform. The modes are written or imprinted on the platform. When you do a 10 minute workout on any of these 3 modes you will have gotten a whole body workout. After doing this simple 10 minute routine everyday, I have noticed a significant decrease in stress levels, not to mention an increase in muscle tone! I could go on and on praising this machine to the high heavens. But you have to try it to believe it. This machine is unique because it could be used for physical rehabilitation, beginners, and by professional athletes. Trust me it’s awesome. I recommend this purchase without any reservations. I love my vibration plate! It’s such a great way to start the day—getting my blood flowing, oxygen circulating, and energy up. It’s also incredibly helpful for easing body aches and relaxing tight, sore muscles. And at the end of a long, hectic day, it’s the perfect way to unwind, relax, and reset. I love that it is durable, has many speed variations, and has a remote to easily change the settings.

Hands down, this is one of the best investments I've ever made in my health and fitness. I already knew I liked vibration plates, because I'd used one in a gym before. As soon as I found out I could get one for home, I did my research and settled on the lifepro Hovert 3D. This is a heavy duty machine, so it's got some weight to it. It wasn't anything I couldn't handle, but it was reassuring that I was buying something that would last. It took me maybe ten minutes to get it set up, and that's because I insist on reading all instructions. It's truly a piece of cake to get started. If you're reading reviews, you probably already know about the most common benefits of vibration plates, so I'll only share one. Honestly, I'm only sharing it because it's one most people won't talk about and something that caught me completley off guard. I've dealt with mild incontinence for a while. It's frustrating and embarrassing. While using my Hovert, that issue went away entirely. It turns out one of the benefits is strengthening the pelvic floor, which helps with incontinence (at least in women, don't know about men). I hadn't realized it was helping like this until I'd been without my plate about a week. Which brings me to lifepro, the company, and why I say it gets five stars. I'd been using my Hovert only a few weeks when we had a freak flood. Water is about the only thing lifepro doesn't warrant against, but I emailed them anyway to ask if they thought there was anything I could do to save it. Honestly, I was expecting them to tell me it was dumpster food, but once they saw how recently I'd purchased it they offered to send me a replacement instead. They did, and they did not require me to return the damaged plate. I was completely blown away, am now totally sold on lifepro products, and am telling everyone I can about what a wonderful company they are to work with. You just don't see this type of service anymore. They have several different vibration plates, I suggest you compare them and decide which is best for you. Then make the commitment to actually use it. I've only just started doing a few exercises on it, but I always step on it first thing in the morning to wake up my body, and again when I get home in the evening to release any stress from the day. On those rare occasions that I have trouble settling down at night, I'll even push a chair up to it and just let it run with my legs on it. I love it!

First Off, I have not been paid or compensated with products for this review. This will be my absolute honest opinion of the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. Set Up: Remove from box, plug cord into the back of machine until it clicks, plug into wall. DO read the enclosed booklet and DO NOT experiment with High Speed just to see what that means. It is, just that, HIGH SPEED! You are not ready for that yet! Trust me on this. Light stretching before (Calf raises, hamstring stretches, ankle rotations) and after use, just like any other exercise, is beneficial. You will be working ALL of the muscle groups at the same time. Concentrate on your body and what you are feeling. You should notice your stabilizer muscles firing rather quickly. We received this machine last Thursday. I have been battling tightly "Jammed Hips" for over a year. Constant burning pain that interfered with every aspect of my life, including sleep. I am a very young 64 3/4, a former personal trainer and very active person with a physical job, but the pain was dragging me down, making me feel old. By midday, my right leg and foot would be tingling I knew my circulation was being seriously compromised. We’ve been using our Lifepro Hovert 3D Vibration Plate for nearly four years now, which I think says more than any short-term “just unboxed it” review ever could. This thing is solid. Heavy-duty, well-built, and absolutely confidence-inspiring. I’m right around 200 pounds, and the plate doesn’t flinch. No rattling. No sketchy wobble. I'm really enjoying this product! It's quieter than I expected, which is a pleasant surprise. As someone young with rheumatoid arthritis and dealing with lymphatic drainage issues, I've found it helpful in easing fluid retention. It also supports regular bowel movements. While I haven’t noticed a huge change in my weight yet, I'm very happy with the results so far. Using it is very relaxing, and it's a wonderful addition to your gym routine for both workouts and recovery.

This machine has truly made a difference for me. After a car accident in 2018, I struggled with a disc bulge and sciatica that plagued me for years. The pain was so bad in 2022 that I had to stop running and working out because of the constant shooting pain and numbness down the back of my left leg. I tried everything RMT, stretching, chiropractor, walking, personal training, even losing weight but nothing really helped. I came across a review where someone mentioned that this machine was the only thing that provided relief for their back pain. At that point, I thought, "What do I have to lose?" The cost was about the same as 2-3 RMT sessions, so I gave it a shot. The first time I used it, I actually cried. it was the first time in almost three years that my sciatica felt relief. It did come back after about an hour, but after using the machine consistently every other day for 10-20 minutes on the highest setting, my sciatica is finally gone. The machine is super easy to use, and it’s been a game-changer for my disc bulge. I've had a vibration plate for a few years now, a proper stand on one. Didn't use it often, big ugly clothes horse. Well it broke after Christmas. Did i want another? I decided yes but not like the old one. I've used the ones at the gym's that you can barely feel and my old one that would nearly launch you. I did my research and decided between bluefin, Reviber or stretch to a Hovert. Looking at the images i noticed most were using the same form factor for the base. I decided on the Reviber because of reviews and a couldn't stretch to the Hovert. Mistake. Sat on it a trapped my finger tips under the little grab recessed sides. Had a look and realised there is a serious design fault on it. There should be no way anyone should be able to get their fingers trapped but there it was. Sent it back. Decided on the Hovert which has the same form factor base but they have redesigned the seat so no grab areas can trap your fingers. A big plus. Now down to business. The HOVERT. After using home and gym plates this is excellent. It's extremely quite, it has excellent programs and you can use it it manual also. Good little book explaining how it works and brilliant online support. It's not as violent as my old one which i thought was too rough and may cause problems with joints. Lots of research on vibration plates on line and even NASA use them. They're not just about loosing weight. There's a lot more to them than that. The science behind them is solid and now proven and this plate works brilliantly. The booklet has exercises to follow and explains the programmes well. Excellent for a multitude of muscular skeletal problems, great for toning muscle when engaged or great for a quick massage. Great for improving circulation especially for diabetics, helps drain excess lymphatic fluids and breaking down cellulite. If you suffer from allergies like myself this plate helps use up histamine, bonus. Sometimes i just stand on it while watch tv. Stresses just sink away. Only one negative from me and thats the position and size of the control panel. A minor inconvenience you get used to and avoid. This is an honest review for a great plate and it's well worth the extra price tag.
