Not sure if it's the machine or the adapter but I was going to return it and missed the date I could return it due to the fact that I've been very ill. Review: worthless - Didn't work. Same scenario as other reviewer. Contacted the company to return and they replied it was probably the adapter and to purchase another at their expense. I couldn't find one to fit or that would work and at that point they wouldn't respond to my emails or my second request to return. After 6 months I have found one that will power it, but the voltage seems so low you can barely tell it is on. I doubt it actually does anything, but may try it for awhile since I have spent the money and am apparently stuck with it. My advice.....don't waste your money.
