Beautiful made , looks nice and feels awesome, it helps a lot from getting sweaty and sticky, keeping my back and rear fresh .

This one fits my 2009 Honda Civic perfectly -- from top to bottom and side to side, full coverage, which allows the air to flow and prevents sweaty-drenched back. I plan to add a shoestring tie at the back-to-bottom crease to more securely anchor it to the seat, so it won't slide around so much. Update January 2015 Only 6 months after putting this beaded seat cushion to use, it has started to break. The fish-line wire has broken in a couple of places on the seat-bottom, no doubt at a high-stress point where I twist when getting in or out of the vehicle. What kind of weak fish-line did they use to make this? Seems like they could have used something strong enough to survive the normal stresses any normal user would put upon this product. I will NOT purchase another one of these -- I'll have to hunt for another one that'll fit my Honda Civic.

UPDATE: After 1 week with this, my daughter has already picked up 2 splinters in her hands from the seat. Dangerous landfill this is.....get something else. We removed and threw out. CONS: (!!!) SPLINTERS! Seriously. The wood is crap and the finish comes off and splinters. (1) These things creak and sound like plastic crinkling every time I make a turn. (2) They put you up an inch higher in your seat (ok if you are shorter, but not for me) (3) They are too short for an Odyssey seat...so they slide around as you get in (4) THEY POKE YOU. The tied off plastic lines are cut and stick out and are sharp. Beware if you have bare skin on these....kinda pokey. (5) They don't "massage" you. You don't even really feel them. (6) Yup...they are ugly and once the novelty wears off...they remain ugly. PROS: (1) Cheap

If you've ever used one of these "wooden bead/ball" seat covers, you'd know that over time they'll start coming undone. The problem is that the balls are connected with what looks like heavy fishing line. Every now and then they're tied off, but the nylon will eventually start slipping undone. Once that happens, its time to toss all the loose balls in the trash. So is this one worse than the "others"? Not in that respect - no better, no worse. The GOOD This is a little wider than most of the others that you'll find, so if your bottom is a couple of sizes to wide, no problems. In fact, IGNORE all the reviews that complain that this doesn't cover their entire car seat - IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO. This ball type of seat "cover" is for ventilation. It's NOT an upholstery cover. This type of cover becomes very comfortable once you start using it. THE BAD The bad isn't all that bad - over time the nylon knots will come undone. That's life. They all do it. In the end, this is longer than average and a little wider than average. That's why I chose this one, I know what I want.

These provide a lot of great support for your back, and keep you cool. However I do gig work and these already falling apart after a month, but I get in and out of my car all day long. Still using them though. They could be a little stronger but a good product if you aren't in and out of your car all day long.

Sized and designed to work easily on a car seat. Keeps air flowing around me which makes AC more effective. Same will be true in colder seasons most likely. Very comfortable.

Comfortable but didn't last more than a few months before the plastic strings started breaking apart, save your money for a good quality one, you get what you pay for

The main reason that I am a fanatic for these wood bead car seat covers is that it reduces fatigue by the little-known fact that the less area of your body that is in direct contact with another area, the less tired you become. Thus by riding on these hundreds of beads, there is all the other space of your body that is not in direct contact with the seat material. Similarly, when the weather is hot, you do not climb into a sorching vinyl seat. I don't know about the massaging aspect of wood bead seat covers. I guess that it does feel like that a little bit. My only difficulty has nothing to do with the cover itself. The car that I have needs to have the headrest removed and reinstalled in order to install the cover as shown. Unfortunately, I will need to disassemble the seat back upholstry in order to release the headrest from the seat. For the mechanically-inclined patient and careful person with a few basic tools, it is merely a challenge. For an ordinary citizen, you would probably be best off taking it to an auto upholstry shop if the headrest does not come out by a simple unlocking clip that is visible from the top. However, once you get past that technicality, you will glad for a long time that you have a wood bead car seat cover. Perhaps you will go on to convert others... and they too will thank you graciously.
