Easy to use
I waited to post this review until it rained to give honest feed back. I had a horrible leak in my garage. I bought this in hopes it would save me the cost of a roof repair. It did. Works well, easy to apply with a roller brush. My S.I.L. applied a thin coat as directed on a warm day. I had no problems with it curing at all. I would recommend this product to everyone and if the problem comes up again on another area of my roof I will not hesitate to buy this product again for that fix as well.

Tough, Reliable sealant
If you want a sealant that can handle high water temperature and last the test of time, you found it. I used this to seal my homemade solar water heater tank back in early 2022. Today it still hasn't leaked although the tank has reached 130 degrees in summer. Four years of abuse and still reliable is a solid proof of its quality.

High quality and price point.
The odor is low, it applies easily with a brush, and builds up well making a nice waterproofing on wood, synthetic decking, and metal roof. Dries quickly. It's expensive but it works.

Would purchase again
My project that I used this on is over three years old. There is slight cracking under full sun but otherwise it has held up well. It deals with constant watering and has adhered well to my project. It wasnt hard to apply with a big brush but it does start to harden quickly. I still have some leftover because it spread so easily as is.

Amazing Stuff
I have an older 12 x 18 foot gambrel roof storage shed used for lawn mowers, tools, etc. There is no telling how old the shed is since it was here when we bought our place 15 years ago. A friend of mine said he'd never even seen roof tiles like were on my shed. Over the years I've lost a couple of tiles, the tiles were getting very worn and you could close the doors and see light coming through the roof. Needless to say, rain water was not my shed's friend. Thought about replacing the roof but the cost was way out of reason for a shed. Found this product and after reading the many reviews I though I'd give it a try. I replaced 2 roofing tiles and started coating the roof. I put 3 coats on the rood, a little less than 3 gallons. This stuff is amazing. I would have never believed it, but my roof is completely sealed. I can't even lift or separate the tiles now. There is no light penetration and we've just had 4 days of constant rain and there is no leaking. It does go on brown in color but soon changes to black. The first coat took a little longer but after that the second and third coats just went right on. I managed to get a lot on my hands but it washed off with soap and water. I had about 1/3 gallon left and since there is no way you can reseal the container I decided to coat the wood on my trailer. Can't say if that was a good idea or not but figured it couldn't hurt. For less than $200 I got a completely sealed roof that I expect will last many years. If not, I'll just get another gallon in a few years and re-coat it. I highly recommend this product. Read all the reviews to insure it will serve your purpose, but I am very thankful I found it.

Worked for Me but one minor complaint
I did give it a 5 despite one issue- The positive first - Had a leaky flat roof (slightly racked) over my garage - Was going to have it done professionally for over $5000 ish. To replace the existing membrane. Well Liquid Rubber has a help line email so I asked them if this product would work well - and gave them details of my roof etc. - I got an immediate response and then ordered 10 gallons, based on the surface area etc. This was my bad - but to do I believe the recommended 5 coats it took about 6 gallons - since this stuff is bit pricey I could have ordered 5 gallons and 1 gallon and saved $. Good news is the roof did not leak anymore, and looked good. Here was the complaint- I had left a black rubber garden hose on top of the garage months after applying the sealant- maybe it was up there in the middle of August for 3 weeks- Well when I went to remove the hose it was stuck to the roof - It was not that hard to pry it away but it actually left kind of a stain on the roof. So my bad for leaving the hose there but I did not expect that. I have to check but I will have to do this again at some point-

I wanted to start out by saying the company's customer service is amazing. There is a toll free number on the back of the bucket and someone answered my questions. We asked them about the dry time after 3 days of waiting for this stuff to get less sticky and they were very nice. We were painting this on a concrete/cement flooring. We live in FL and there is moisture in the soil. Our villa was built about 30 years ago and moisture was seeping up through the foundation. We had to rip out the flooring that was put down just 2 years ago (right before we moved in) because black mold was growing on the cork sub floor. (Not our choice to put down a cork sub floor on a foundation that had moisture but the previous owners clearly didn't know about the moisture issues). So, we starting rolling it in the main areas and painting it with a brush in the corners/sides. The stuff is very thick. However, a few days later it was still very tacky. Tacky to the point we couldn't walk on it. Every time we tried we would get stuck in place. It was pretty funny. We had tilers waiting for this stuff to "dry/cure" before the walked on it. I called the company on day 3 and they suggested to use talc powder or lay down plastic. Our tilers said plastic wasn't a good idea. On day 4 after we applied it they gave up trying to wait until it hardened and started laying tile. They said they ruined their knee pads and it was hard to walk on. We also noticed it was ripping. Wherever they would kneel, move tile, use their rolling cart, etc, it would leave holes. We had hundreds of holes throughout the waterproofing. I wanted to cry. It took us a while to apply and we lost time waiting for the stuff to dry (which it never did). We told them they would have to wait until we applied a second coat. We waited another 2 days and they came back. It did the same thing. Holes everywhere. We wasted about a week in time. Does it work? Maybe, but there is no way for us to tell since they laid thin set on top of it and it had so many holes. I cannot stress how shredded this sealant was. We wasted $150 and hours of time applying and waiting for it to dry. The tilers also were not thrilled with us at all. They told us to buy another product which the local Home Depot had. It is ever so slightly more but it was a dream to apply and, after days of tilers walking on it, hasn't made a single hole. I would not recommend this product to a single person. I wish we hadn't bought it. This would get negative stars if that was an option. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this was that horrible. Sorry Liquid Rubber.

Used this around my garage around the bottom edge where the cement fillets are as I was getting water come through when it rained heavy. Brilliant stuff, just paint it on use an brush but it does come off with white spirit.

Canadian made product that works well
This product is made in Canada so it was a no brainer for me to purchase it. I used it in my shed the ceiling was leaking after a rainfall. The application was so easy. No difficultly applying the coat on the ceiling .. No dripping. The product dried in a very short time. I checked just how good this product is after the last rain full. My shed was bone dry I would highly recommend using this Canadian made product
