This six-part plastic model is enlarged approximately four times and displays in great detail the muscles, blood vessels, optical nerve and other major features of the human eye. It includes both halves of sclera with cornea and eye muscle attachments, both halves of the choroid with iris and retina, eye lens, and vitreous humour. The model comes apart into six parts for effective demonstration, and is mounted on a plastic base that presents the eyeball in its natural position. A convex lens magnifies and forms inverted images to demonstrate how our eyes gather images. Includes a labeled diagram for studying and education purposes. Dimension: 8"x 5"x 5"(21 x 12 x 12cm).
