This is my favorite algicide 60 from Doheny. This keeps Algee away. Easy to use and it works great, and I will buy again. Good price.

Good product
We used this algecide last year/season & thought it did a good job. We are continuing to use it and would recommend to anyone interested in preventing and/or treating algae.

suppress black algae.
I have large unite pool. Doheney's polyquat coupled with a silver based algaecide and cyclic chlorine moderate shocking completely suppresses all forms of algae, including black algae. Good stuff and a reasonable price.

Works great - I used phosphate remover with it
Had some nonvisisble algae because my cyanuric acid was non existent (salt water pool). Had to use whole bottle to eradicate the algae which would die and settle on the bottom of pool. Buy the phosphate remover with this. Copper free in case you have light hair. Copper will turn your blond/white hair green.
