I really like these packets for flavoring up straight water. Every flavor is very agreeable, and at the normal concentration level the taste is about the same as a Gatorade, except sweeter. Just drinking one packet gives you 100% vitamin C, which I feel is a awesome side effect. Literally no downsides to consuming these that I have detected. Totally recommended!

I rarely drink Gatorade or sports drink. I more a natural coconut water or plain water type of person. However, last summer it was so hot in TX that i had no access to fresh cocunuts and water on its own wasn't doing the job of rehydration. Someone introduced me to this option of electrolytes and I am hooked. Right amount of sugar. Not too sweet and the flavor options are phenomenal.
