AGARO Marvel 48 Liters Oven Toaster Griller, Motorised Rotisserie and Convection Cake Baking OTG with 3 Heating Mode, (Black)

The Agaro Countertop Oven is one of the best OTG ovens on the market, with an easy-to-understand control panel and a generous size that's perfect for home baking. The oven performs well, baking and roasting a variety of foods with perfection, making it excellent and well worth the money.

This is my third Agaro product. This product is good and I tried baking. Agaro gives the demo once the product is delivered. Very happy with the Agaro product.

This has been the best buy of this year. A must buy if you are thinking about buying OTG. I am reviewing this after little over 1 week of use. We did an exhaustive research on all bigger size OTG and finally narrowed down to this model over Morphy Richards RCSS 52L and 60L due to price advantage and available features in this model. Even the Stainless Steel Models have inner chamber made out of same material used in this oven which is some kind of aluminium alloy. Also the make and feel is similar to popular brands like Morphy Richards and Bajaj OTG. But from the price point this beats all other models. The customer care was very responsive in taking my query and reverting back to.me with more technical info which was missing in the product description. They are Kolkata based company who also sell popular brands like Luvlap baby care products. By the time I was doing my research, the price increased from 5499 to 5999. But I bought this anyway after all our requirements were satisfied. The baking tray size is approx 17inches x 12.2 inches. The build quality is average. But when it comes to performance it is at par with other OTG and have better separate control knobs. The knob and handle quality are good and doesn't get heated during use. But must be careful about staying away from touchi g the glass as it gets extremely hot during the use and that is normal. The Convection Fan works well. The temperature adjustment has 180degree mark which is convenient for baking cakes. Timer knob is proper mechanical but better to keep out own timer till we understand after using it for a while. It gives a nice 'tinnggg' bell ring after it reaches back to zero mark. Also, note that the timer will keep running even there is not power so better to check on the time if there is any power cut in between. The baking tray is of good quality and heavy and can easily take 2 6inch trays side by side. The rotisserie rod and tong is made of steel and good quality. The grill tray cum cooling rack is of steel but not that sturdy but does the job well. The grill tray also have wavy grooves to suspend skewer rod. Wish the manufacturer have included the skewer rods too - we need to purchase this separately. The missing thing is crumb tray but that is not something to worry, as we bought 12inchx16.5inch silicon mats and placed it below the bottom rods which serves the same purpose as crumb tray. Due to the presence of 6 heating elements (3 rods on the top and 3 at the bottom) the heating is quick and uniform. The fan also helps in distribution of heat uniformly. There are options to select between upper, lower or both heating rods. Before firat use, we cleaned the inside chamber with cloth and preheated the oven for 20mins and it started giving out fumes and settled down after 15mins. This is normal with any new OTG. This is due to burning of heating coil and chamber metal parts getting heated up for the first time. Nothing to be worried here. And, last but not least, Amazon did a brilliant job in delivering the product in 2 days and in great shape. It had 3 layers of carton boxes and neatly packed. Overall we are very satisfied with the product.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the Agaro 48L OTG oven I purchased approximately one month ago, and the extremely poor after-sales support I have received. From the beginning, the oven has exhibited a serious defect—its temperature is unstable and it consistently overheats, making it unsafe and unreliable for use. I reported this issue to Agaro after sales support team over 10 days ago and provided all requested details, including a clear video demonstrating the problem. Following Agaro's team’s recommendation, the thermostat was replaced. However, this did not resolve the issue. Their own service engineer acknowledged this during his visit and even recorded a video confirming that the problem persists. Despite clear evidence from both my side and their own technician, there has been absolutely no meaningful follow-up or resolution. This level of inaction is unacceptable. To make matters worse, one of their support supervisors refused to acknowledge the issue and instead asked me to demonstrate baking over a video call. This request was unreasonable and unprofessional. I clearly stated that Agaro's team should take the appliance to their workshop for proper testing, yet no action has been taken. It is extremely frustrating that even after: Submitting detailed evidence, Cooperating fully with support process, Receiving confirmation from their own engineer, my complaint (No. 523063) remains unresolved. This reflects a serious lapse in both product quality and customer service. I expect immediate action—either a complete replacement of the unit or a full refund. I urge Agaro support to treat this with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. Update- As on 7th May, customer support team told me that the original complaint has been closed. They did not even bother to check with me. I came to know when I called them for status update. I have now asked them to reopen and also logged a new complaint. This is an extremely poor customer experience for a product which is in warranty. Update - On 15th May, Agaro support engineer visited again. He again changed the new thermostat but prob lem still exist. Even the timer of Oven is also faulty and it is not working as expected. Final Update- Manage to return the product after chasing Amazon customer support. Overall experience with Agaro customer service is extremely poor.

Good quality OTG with fast heating and even cooking. Easy to use, spacious, and perfect for baking and grilling. Value for money !

Good product for home bakers. I had a issue heating rod in this otg , i complained in agaro customer service & they repair it within 4 to 5 days ,& it working fine now thank you 😊
