The ingredient list on my package states The following ingredients: sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, wholemeal rye flour, oat bran, oats, flax seeds, spelt bran, wheat bran, sea salt, salt, oregano, thyme. There’s no added oil listed in the ingredients. They are delicious.
