Bullworker Improvements to mass building
This is a late review so here it goes, bought this book for my friend along with The Bullworker Power Pump as a gift. Upon seeing my friend 12 months later, he looks like a new man. He thanked me and said, the exercises are easy to follow and now his chest size is larger than ever from following the exercises in this book. I and everyone else have noticed a definite improvement. He said he's stronger and feel no joint pain during these exercises. He even said, he's given away his weights. I recommend this book. I would suggest buying also: The Isometric power pump, and Beyond self resistance by Marlon Birch , to add greater variety of the same techniques as well as some different techniques to your program. I've found all three books to be a great motivation and help.

Good book that will put on muscle using a bullworker
Very good book with workout routines that will help you get strong and put on some muscle using a bullworker. The workouts are set out in phases from beginning to end. The only negative I can give is it would of been nice to have had a warm-up section. But it is also nice to have a book that gets straight to the workouts and explains how to perform the exercises without the usual fluff.

Concise and well informed
first workout from Marlon Birch's new book The Bullworker Muscle-up Program. This was day One of the Foundation Muscle-up program. Felt a nice burn in the muscles, and heart rate was elevated, although I didn't check what it actually was. This feels like a condensed workout, but also pretty intense as I had to stop for a few seconds rest. I think this foundation workout alone could result in a decent increase in muscle and cardio-vascular fitness

Fat loss and muscle gains?
I think all these books are good but someone needs to wright a straight forward top to bottom exercises one maybe two at the mostFor each body part That builds you and loses weight not to many choices that are the most effective keep it simple?

An essential companion to a Bullworker!
Excellent training program for rapid progress. Really enjoying this program. The workouts are brief but result producing, and they system is explained from a scientific standpoint and holds up to scrutiny. An essential companion to a Bullworker in my opinion, and well worth the cash.

Informative, nicely produced, could be cheaper
Its ok, mainly photos with short explantions but exercises definitely give you a good workout.

This is a draft of a book at best
This book was clearly never finished. The contents page does not match the actual chapters, the terminology used for different instructions changes through the chapters making it impossible to tell sometimes what is meant, the 'how long to practice instructions' are missing for some sections - and so on. The text itself is also often confused and repetitive. My guess is that this was a first draft, with someone writing different sections down but never getting around to tidy them up and no one ever bothering to go through the book as a whole to make sure it actually works as a complete book. You cannot use it as a programme of exercises. Even in 'phase one' there seem to be two different versions of the first two weeks - perhaps they are meant to be done together, but who knows? The exercises themselves are just standard Bullworker exercises. Some reps, some holds.Really, really poor. It seems to have been published by the author himself - for sure a professional publisher would never have let it go to print in this state - but I am not sure that this is even true. When I looked it up, Birch Tree Publishing (the name given in the front) does seem to have a website, but that makes no mention of this book, so perhaps the whole thing is just a scam.

Book
Bought for husband - overall he is happy with the book. Some of the chapters are not 100% clear on how long you need to rest between programmes.

Bodybuilding for everyone.
Book written by a natural bodybuilding champion, it explores the realistic possibilities to better your physique using the Bullworker. Marlon proposes a journey using specific exercises and repschemes, combined with isometric holds, each phase well defined in time and scientificly proven. The workouts are realistic and do work... on condition that you actually do it consistently.

Another winner from Marlon Birch
I've used The Bullworker Power Pump Method from Marlon Birch with great success. This new Program picks right up where the previous program left off. This is next level training. Marlon as usual knows just the right formula for building muscles fast using the Bullworker. His knowledge on the subject is unmatched. This program is very well thought out. The routines are tuff but very enjoyable and invigorating. You can easily use this program as your starting point or as the perfect follow-up to the Power Pump Method ( which is a book that I also recommend ).

Gives a great workout
I followed the program from start to finish, and found that it did increase strength, and increased my muscle definition. Some parts of the program are more strenuous than others, but not impossible to complete if you change the Bullworker Classic springs depending on the exercise. If you keep at the program, you will get results.

It is Ok for the exercises shown but too advanced for the routines included
This book has a fair variety of bullworker exercises pictured and explained in the first half of the book. But the routines (in the second half of the book) are not reasonable for a new trainee or a normal user...6 and 7 day routines? Extremely high reps? Somewhat confusing in the workout routine explanations...do one set like this, do second set like this, do last set like this, and increase reps on each exercise like this. Too confusing to remember. The bodypart exercises Title Pages are confusing to a new user also (they either have or have not, pictures/diagrams with information). In the Chest exercises area for example, on the Title Page, there is a diagram along with information on the Chest area, but in the Legs area, for the Hamstrings, there is only information (no picture or diagram). A new trainee would be confused on not seeing where the hamstring is located, while reading this section. Other bodypart Title Pages, either have or do not have photos/diagrams.Proofreading is below average for a book, in the written portion. I noticed on page 26, reference the Side Chest Compression exercise, which includes a picture and information. It says to hold the bullworker with your right arm extended and now compress with your right arm? The attached picture does not show that nor does it explain where your left hand goes. A newbie would be confused by this, if they follow along with this information provided.Overall, I rated this book 4 stars due to the variety of Bullworker exercises included and the information on how to exercise the bodypart. The second half of the book, the Routines, is too far advanced for a newbie to the Bullworker routine's to use, or for a normal user. But, it does give you an idea on what you can possibly use or change in your future use of the Bullworker. This book is the one I would buy, prior to any of the other's in the series, because the others appear to go down hill on writing, poor proofreading, common sense explanation of routines and exercises, clarity of pictures shown, or anything a newbie or normal user would use.
