TCT16048TMB Saxton TCT Circular Steel Aluminium Copper Metal Saw Blade 160mm x 48T for Festool Bosch Makita Dewalt Fits 165mm Saws

So my task for a client was to install a PVC coated galvanised corrugated roof, and wasn't a 100% as to the best method of cutting it. I took advice from local trade tool suppliers and online reviews and settled for a dewalt extreme 165mm 48T circular saw blade, that was advertised by dewalt to be able to cut through nails. As in my experience the average nail shaft is 1 - 1.5mm I made the incorrect assume that the dewalt blade would more than cope. How wrong i was, on first past the 1mm sheet metal remove about 40% of the TCT tips. As I'd already spent alot of money for the dewalt blade, I decided to see if Saxon and a metal cutting blade, as I have used their blades before. Sure enough I came across this one. The difference in both quality and performance were outstanding! Not only did it cut through a single 1mm sheet effortlessly with no juddering, tip breakage, material chipping or burnout, I successfully manged to cut six 1mm sheet at the same time laid on top of one another, just over 6mm depth in total, with the same performance results at a third of the cost of the dewalt product. I would definitely recommend and buy again this metal cutting blade in a heart beat!!

Je l'ai acheté pour couper des plaques en aluminium de 20mm d'épaisseur. Ça fonctionne bien. A voir dans le temps. La lame est montée sur une scie circulaire Black et Decker avec un alésage de 16mm. J'ai donc utilisé la bague de réduction fournie avec.

Funktioniert perfekt zb mit Tauchsäge Festool zum Längs UND querschneiden von stabilem Stahl Trapezblech 0,75 mm. Habe damit 30 Laufmeter geschnitten, ist scharf wie zu Beginn, kein entgraten nötig einfach perfekt. Metallspäne fliegen halt überall herum trotz Absaugung aber das ist normal. Unbedingt Späne sauber entfernen wegen Flugrost

Tolles Schnittergebnis mit Festo Tauchkreißsäge. Ich habe meine Holzfenster mit Alu verkleidet und mit diesem Sägeblatt zugeschnitten. Das Ergebnis ist perfekt.

Première impression favorable. Mais c'est encore mieux après plusieurs utilisations pour dédoubler des barreaux d'aluminium d'environ 40mm. La coupe est précise, franche et très nette. Je suis surpris par la qualité du résultat. Et la lame tiens remarquablement le coup. A ce prix, c'est une affaire.........
