Does as it says
Was not sure whether to buy this as other reviews were not reassuring but I am glad I did. My husband uses this as he can’t sleep laying down anymore this along with a v shaped pillow keeps him upright all night. No nasty smell as it isn’t feather. It fits a three foot bed easy as we useit in a king size bed. Very comfortable supports his back well. Not too soft firm to keep him upright. Design is nice . Shame I can’t buy a pillow case for it.

Don't believe next day delivery it's not true
The Brillars Bed Wedge Pillow is very good as expected. I ordered from this particular seller as it said it was next day delivery, this was not the case, it got 'delayed ' in transit not impressed at all. I needed this post surgery to help me sleep elevated, it does work and is comfortable, would recommend but don't rely on next day service.

Awful waste of money. Don’t buy
I would have given this no stars, but I had to give it one star as no star was not an option. I used it once as a back rest and it disintegrated! It didn’t last 2 hours! The foam was way too soft when I received it. It looked nothing like the photo on the Amazon site. It smelt strongly of chemicals. There was no way this was any sort of support! A feather pillow would have been firmer than this cheap foam. I have reported this to the supplier and I am currently awaiting a reply. I have taken photos of the “mush” it became in two hours! I only used it sat up in bed!! UPDATE: I have received a refund from the company so Thankyou for the resolution.

Brilliant Pain Relief
Excellent buy. I am waiting to see a consultant regarding a foot that is really painful. The toes are tipping underneath my foot making it extremely painful. Raising my foot helps with the pain. I have had wedge pillows before after ops but this one is superb. Now I need a nice cover for it if anyone can help?
