Been on the hunt to find something to safely scratch inside my ear canal with and these are perfect. I originally went with the Clinere ones, and while they're disposable and good for removing wax, since they're plastic, they give way and don't allow you to apply a ton of pressure (which can be a good thing for safety reasons, but bad if you know what you're doing and you need to scratch). Also, I don't like the plastic ones because if you're cleaning your ears frequently, you have to replace them often. And the more you clean them, the more they soften over time. With these, they're metal, so, all it takes is a quick rinse and it's clean. With it being metal, it also allows you to apply more pressure if you need to scratch and the shape of the scoop end allows you to get further down into your ear canal and in hard to reach areas with more precision. Overall, these have become my go-to and I purchase them frequently (mainly because I lose them). I would say if you needed something to clean your ears with, this is what I would recommend. These are great if you frequently wear in-ear headphones, as they can push wax into your ear and cause it to accumulate. I also find it very soothing to clean inside of your ear with these, just be careful because this is a professional grade tool and you can damage components in your ear if you're not careful and/or if you don't know what you're doing. -- (Feb 2026) BUT... I just want to add to my previous review above and say that I love these little ear tools, however, I wish they would ship them in sealed packaging. I've had several occasions where I've ordered these with other items from Amazon and either one or both of the two tools was missing from the packaging, nor was it in the box it came in. I'm assuming they were in the box when the item shipped, so, maybe somewhere in the process, they're popping out of the plastic baggy that it comes in. I wish they would ship it in a sealed bag, or, at least staple the bag closed so that they don't come out in transit.

These are great for my dry ears. The length is good as I can better adjust. Be careful not to press too hard. More effective than the bamboo style for my ears. The quality is good, all edges smooth and safe from scratching

Good for getting crusties off from around my cartilage piercings, more effective and comfortable than qtips. Easy to clean.

Gets the job done.

This stainless steel ear spoon is a simple tool, but it works surprisingly well for cleaning your ears. Love these tools. Fit my hand perfectly.

It has no grasping point so it doesn’t really pick anything noteworthy. I have a wooden pick that can be manipulated by hand easily and it picks out a lot more shocking dirt. I guess it’s suitable when two people work together or something

These are miracle little ear scoop spoons. I have a ton of ear wax. I can’t afford to go to the doctor to get it removed all the time. I bought these and they have been life changing. I take one and wrap the end in a baby wipe and gently use it to scoop out ear wax. It’s gentle and gets the most gunk out I’ve ever seen come out of my ears. It is small enough that wax doesn’t get pushed further in like the dreaded cotton swab. You get 2 so I keep one in each bathroom. Life changing!
