might be a little long behind the ears for a 3-year-old.

What is the length of these? I have trouble with headbands running into my glasses earpieces.

These are great- but I too wear glasses. These are not short enough not to hit the ear piece. I have to push the bottoms of the side back a bit- but that’s are light weight and comfortable.
