Best packing I have ever received
I tried this gravy tonight with pork chops and baked it down. Wonderful taste and not salty which was nice for a change.. I don't cook with salt because everything has salt in it. I DO have to tell you that they packaged each jar individually so well that even I had a hard time unpacking it .. Ha! Seriously, the packaging was perfect... I have read others saying that they received their goods damaged.. well, I was lucky because they took care of the jars so well, it was a pleasant surprise. TY for that since food is non returnable. I will definitely order from this place again, as they took the extra attention to this.

Great. If you eat the whole jar at once.
Great when you first opened the can.But if it sits one day, it turns to water.

Don't use flavor packets, these ingredients are much cleaner and taste great!
I wanted something to make salsibury steaks with. I had been looking at the dry mix packets but they all just had so many additives. Amazon recommended these little jars from Heinz and I was thrilled at the simple ingredient list. I got one to try and my family loved it, so I ordered 6 more to keep on hand. They have a good shelf life and simple ingredient list. If you don't like mushrooms I've also tried the turkey gravy and it was excellent too.

ok, salty
Good, a little too salty, so dilute it a bit.

Wish it came in cans
You can get Cambpell cans of mushroom gravy here but for $3.99 apiece, seems high for a non-meat-based gravy, I guess there's now a mushroom supply chain issue? $2.99 for the jar is in line with what I used to pay in grocery stores, when I could find it, but haven't seen it in a local store in like half a year. I also wish they would sell by case or indicate how many to buy to come in a case, as others have noted they are shipped wrapped individually in bubble wrap but then just thrown into a box and so far 1 for 6 receiving them broken. Anyway... of course it's not as satisfying as a meat-based gravy but it's got enough body for less fat etc., a fair tradeoff. I definitely enjoy it on air-fried french fries.

Price Point Was Decent But...
I ordered this because I wanted a quick additive for a chicken casserole and the price was decent, even better than Walmart, but there wasn't much flavor unfortunately. Please don't waste your money. Chicken stock, diced mushrooms, some spices and 10 min. later you can have your own gravy. God bless.

Gravy in a Jar? Who knew?
I have been using this gravy for many years. My mom turned me on to it many many years ago. I was shocked when I saw her using a can/jar gravy. We love to cook and always made our own. She said it was good and when I tried it, she was right! You know how moms are!? :) Well, fast forward many years later and I still use it. It used to be called Rich Mushroom Gravy. Now it's just Mushroom Gravy. Basically the same product although I do think maybe it has less seasonings, but it's still tasty. Highly recommend. I add it to stewed ground chuck, cube steaks, stews, etc. Lots of uses.
