Why the very high price?

The price was not high. Each box contains 2 lbs of muesli where’s the usual box contains only one pound. I found the price cheaper than any local store

When is the expire date?

The boxes we bought a couple months ago have an expiration date of 1/20/17. We've been buying from amazon for years and never had a problem with the product expiring before we used it up.
