Awesome powerful plant light!! I've had this thing working for over FOUR YEARS and it kept my light-craving cactus thriving through years of undergrad in a dark dorm room. My aquarium plants would even bend towards it from the other side of my desk. This thing is DURABLE, still working exactly the same after years, keeping my cacti thriving and now my basil and oregano are bending away from my window to face this light! The timer function is so convenient and I've actually timed the 12 hour function at my desk to see at what time they would turn off, and it's pretty dang accurate. This thing is versatile too- even if you don't have plants, I've used this as a desk lamp with the yellow light function, and the dimming feature is perfect for some late night studying. Here's a photo, in all it's glory. (forgive my pincushion for her curves, she had a hard time and got a little leggy before I got this light) I have the color set to the full spectrum, which in person looks almost white, but my camera picked it up as pink. You can see the different colors of the LEDs reflected in the window. I set the light about 8 inches from my herbs and 6 inches from my cacti, but I've had it work fine from further out. Cord length is around 3 feet, but I've never had any issues with reaching an outlet. Nothing a cheap 6ft extension cord can't fix anyways. Overall, high quality and healthy grow light 5/5 ✨

I have two lovely little succulents that were given to me at a work event, and I keep them on my desk in my sunless IT office. They don't love that complete lack of sun! A day after putting the light in, they started getting new sprouts and getting their color back! They seem much happier now. Installation was a breeze, it came with the actual plug adapter to plug it into the outlet on my desk, and the clip was too big to fit between the cubicle walls and my desk, but clamped very easily on the stand for my monitor. It's not so bright that it distracts colleagues, and the timer allows me to leave it on over night and on weekends so they still get light during the day but not at night. I'm extremely happy with it, and if more succulents come my way at work I'll be getting another to clip on the other monitor! Edit: Firstly, I'm heartbroken that the listing is gone, because I was ready to buy another four of these! I did wind up getting hooked on succulents and got three more for my little desk, and another grow lamp for them. They're happy and healthy. I took two succulents home and they're not appreciating the sun as much as they loved this lamp! I'm going to be starting some peppers indoors soon and was hoping to get more of these for keeping them in our dark bedroom where our toddler can't get at them before we move them outside in spring, but I suppose the hunt for a suitable grow lamp will have to resume now that these little charmers are delisted. I'll miss them.

I’ve definitely got some happy plants growing with the help of this light however over time, I’ve noticed the timer function shifting. I started an 8 hour timer around 10am about two months ago and this morning I noticed it on at 5am and turn off at 1pm! I guess it’s not a huge deal since it stays on for the amount of time I want it to but just FYI. I would also say the brightness is not as much as I expected but enough for some medium to low light tolerant plants. If you are buying this for a plant that needs direct sunlight or bright indirect light I probably wouldn’t recommend it unless you bought multiple. UPDATE: I discovered a setting to increase brightness which helped a little. I moved this to a large quarantined monstera and it seemed to be enough light to encourage new growth.

Honestly, this is my first grow light and I don’t think I’ll need to find a different one. Propagation has been a lot more successful with this and it’s different light functions. I had to find something that could clip onto my “plant shrine” as all my family calls it. It’s sturdy up until the arms which are very flexible and don’t fall for gravity’s tricks. I like the different timer settings, however, it seems to speed up and slow down. I set them up to turn on right at 9 in the morning and sometimes it’s on before 9. A lot of the other times, it turns on later and later after 9. In other words, the timing is not as consistent as I would hope but it isn’t a huge issue for me. Overall, I am satisfied with this product and have had it for several months with great results one after another.

I was nervous about ordering these lights & even more nervous when they got lost in transit. After finally receiving them I can honestly say that I absolutely love these lights. They look very sleek & modern. They are also adjustable which is something that a plant collector like me was in desperate need of. I thought about getting the strips for my bookshelf, but none of them looked like they would be able to provide the spectrum my plants needed. These look great & I love the clamp. It holds onto my shelf securely & I am confident that it will not slip off. The light options are beautiful & I love that there are many dimming options. These lights count as a nice ambient light for my living room & they aren’t distracting. I highly recommend these if you want more plants but don’t have much of a light source for them like me. 10/10 overall

Still using it after 5 years!

I had to check these out as they seemed convenient for seedlings. But they are not bright at all. I should have known since they are USB, they can't be more than 10 watts. If you have low light house plants that need a boost, these may be great and convenient. If you are growing fast growing veggies and plants, this is not a good light for that and not even sure it will even be good for seedlings of those kind of plants, but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt for now. One thing ALL of these mini LED manufacturers do now, that is somewhat dishonest, is publish phony wattage. It's not the wattage of the light, it's the wattage of what an inefficient incandescent bulb (you know the ones we have not been able to buy for years and that soon some folks will never have seen in their life) would require to produce the same amount of light. And they exaggerate the wattage number on top of that. The problem for a shopper is there are too many to sort through to find one that is genuinely high output. I think my approach will be to get a traditional gooseneck clamp light, that kind that uses AC wall power (e.g. clamping desk lamp), and purchase an LED grow bulb that can screw into that. Many of those draw more power, will be higher output, and will use better LEDs. LED tech has increased efficiency by leaps and bounds in the past 10 years so there can be a large difference between cheaper older LEDs and the newest, with newer ones being much brighter at the same wattage.

I adore this light! I recently had to move my furniture around (house vote) and most of my plants died unfortunately because they had to be put outside and did NOT thrive being outside no matter the care I did. I recently started undergoing trying "Zombie Plants" and I got seeds. I bought this light at the same time I got my seeds. They require DIRECT sunlight so I went on the hunt. This light has been AMAZING. My Zombie seeds started to sprout. An issue NOT RELATED to quality, but a shipping issue where the button covers came off of the buttons, and the buyer is replacing it. Thank goodness because pushing those little plastic pieces inside where the timer/power/light color buttons start to hurt turning on and off or resetting the timer because of bad storms. It is SO EASY to use. I absolutely love it and I am looking forward to the product replacement. Like I said. Quality AMAZING, Function ON POINT, and it comes with instruction on how to work the timer which is REALLY easy to use.
