This pizza peel is absolutely knife and pizza wheel friendly?

The pizza peel is safe for knives and pizza wheels.It will not dull your knives.It will score somewhat,but this does not really bother me.I really like the pizza peel because its ease of use. It easily slides under pizza to pick it up and is large enough.

Will it leave big gashes in the pizza board if i cut pizza on this pizza cutting Board?

There will be some small scratches if you apply too much force.Use it for making pizza on my grill stone easy to slide on and off.Love it.

Is this pizza board dishwasher safe?

NO,I don't recommend you to put it into the dishwasher.You can wipe it with a damp cloth,and then dry it with a dry cloth and store it away.It is easy to clean.
