I very highly recommend these to increase the fiber in your diet. It is not easy to get 30-35 grams of fiber in your diet. These are a great supplement! The dose is 2 gummies and they taste really good. There is no odor or bad aftertaste. It has helped my entire family stay regular without mixing up powders and stuff! I love these and will continue using them for a very long time. Also being sugar free is great too!

These fiber gummies taste great and are easy to take every day. They’re soft, chewy, and don’t have the gritty texture that many fiber supplements do. After using them consistently, I noticed better digestion, and I like that they’re sugar-free. They’re a convenient way to increase fiber intake without having to mix powders or swallow pills. I would definitely buy them again.

These are my favorite- they taste great and work well. I take them every night before bed and the next morning, the magic happens.

I try to get a good amount of fiber from my diet but it's hard to get to the recommended amount of fiber per day so I take these at lunch time as a boost. The flavor is nice and I like the texture. They are chewy but I think that's to be expected with any gummy vitamin. They aren't overly chewy and I don't find that they stick to my teeth. Unfortunately, they do tend to stick together and create one GIANT gummy that you have to smush down and try to pull off a serving at a time. It's not difficult to do that until you get closer to the end of a bottle when the 'group' of gummies can sometimes stick at the bottom and not come to the spout with shaking. I did a lot of comparison shopping and for the price and carbs (a concern of mine) these had the most fiber and least amount of sugar. Hopefully they help with my gut health!

These fiber Gummies were very effective and keeping regular. I didn’t see any help with weight loss, but I wasn’t constipated. I was able to maintain the weight that I had already lost. They taste delicious recommend purchasing them. They’re very effective.

I don’t often write reviews, but this is a great product. Not only does it have a high amount of fiber per pill compared to similar products, it tastes better too, and best of all, today I received my package, in August in Texas, packed with ice so it wouldn’t melt.

I've tried other brands but these are by far and away the best tasting gummies I've ever had. The texture is also more like a genuine gummy candy. Soft, yet a little chewy. Most of the other brands I've tried have the texture of plastic when chewed. I do wish the fiber content per gummy was a little bit higher on these Vitafusion gummies.
