Great tape for bunions!!
This tape WORKS. I have bunions on both feet and this is the only tape brand I have used that actually lasts throughout a day and maintains a fair amount of resistance to hold the original position you set (kt tape i'm looking at u with the evil eye). It is very sticky and even allows for realignment when you first place the tape - but will not lose its stickiness upon getting wet/sweaty (note: but it may lose a bit of its resistance). Highly recommend!

Helpful pregnancy-pain solution
I am writing this review because I bought and used the product for a purpose I didn't see mentioned - pregnancy. I have two torn lumbar discs and a large (3") ventral hernia along the abdominal midline and am suffering from symphysis pubis dysfunction/diastasis of the symphysis pubis, which is a really painful condition involving loosened pelvic joints and instability while pregnant. (Thanks, hormones. ;)) All that said, I have a lot of pain in the belly, back, and pubic bone in the last half of pregnancy. I purchased this tape initially thinking I could use it to support the abdominal wall in the area of abdominal hernia which comes under a lot of wear and tear as the baby grows and kicks in that area. (In my prior pregnancies, it the hernia ripped further on several occasions when the baby kicked hard in that area.) When I got the tape, I crossed it in front of the umbilicus to serve this purpose, and it has helped that problem tremendously. I have also used the tape to create belly support, using two strips that cross underneath the belly and wrap up my sides onto my back. There are a few examples on the internet if you research "pregnanyc kinesio taping." VN player, Kerri Walsh, did something similar in her last pregnancy, and I found a couple other helpful models, as well. I am now 28 weeks and will not think of skipping the tape, as it helps alleviate my back tremendously. In fact, the day I took it off for an abdominal ultrasound, I was in so much pain I could barely walk until I realized I had not put the tape back on. I am still in a good deal of pain but am far more functional with the tape on than off. Finally, as a comment on this particular brand and function of tape, A+. I have only used Rock Tape and KT Tape brands, but this one is superior in its stay-on-ability and its stretch/movement with the body. I like the beige as I am wearing it across a prego belly and don't need the extra splash of color. I would advise to anyone using it on themselves to research taping methods and the mechanics of its stretch (when to stretch or not stretch it based on your need and placement) so that you get good results.

BEST TAPE I'VE TRIED, BUT NOT PERFECT
I first started using this product when my PT recommended it to lend additional support to my arthritic thumb. The tape definitely has reduced the pain I experience when doing everyday things like eating, making my bed and getting dressed. That said, the tape is not waterproof; when it gets wet, the edges peel and become unstuck. Thus, it generally lasts between showers, as long as I keep it dry. I like that it comes in different colors and that I can use it on other parts of my body that occasionally need more support after being stressed or strained after workouts or overuse.

Best kinesio tape out there
Stays stuck, keeps it's stretch, and just keeps working. I wear it daily for knee alignment and support, and it has significantly cut down on the aches and pains they give me after a cardio session. Only gripe is the beige color seems to be a slightly different material or weave than the black logo tape, and only lasts 4-5 days versus the full week I get with the black before the sides start roliing up. I'd stick with the black, but it just makes the tape too conspicuous on my legs.

Great Tape
Functional: Holds better than other tapes I have used. Stickiness: I can even re-use it after a shower. Durability: It does not fray so much or as quickly as other tapes. Value: It costs no more than the others I have used. Color: blends into my very white skin nicely.

This stuff is amazing!! My chiropractor recommended it for a torn Achilles tendon. I thought there was no way a piece of tape would make a difference, but I was desperate enough to give it a try. I was in constant pain and limping so badly I threw my lower back out. The foot doctor told me to immobilize it for 6-8 weeks and if the rest didn't work, we could look at surgery. Well, I cannot afford to not work (my job is physical) or pay for expensive surgery and the therapy he told me I would need to recover from surgery. My chiropractor told me to massage the area, alternate ice and heat, and try this tape. As soon as I put the tape on like the enclosed poster descibed, my pain subsided significantly. By the end of the day I was no longer limping. Are you kidding me? It was that simple all along? The tape is easy to apply, stays put, and I don't really notice it's there other than the relief. It's pricey, so I tried some J&J Coaches tape - much cheaper, but stiff and did not stay put at all. Rocktape is worth the money for sure!

Too difficult to handle & put on
Couldnโt put it on right. Then it kept peeling off at the ends. Rather have Velcro closing. Better yet, wrap gauze bandage around knee for support.

Best KT tape on the market!
I used to use regular KT tape brand. But it never lasted more than a couple days, and would start rolling at the edges, even when rounded. I have multiple things going on with my right knee, torn meniscus, strained or torn ACL/PCL. The KT tape just wouldn't stay on long enough and it is too expensive to replace every day. I switched to Rocktape, and it does ROCK! Lasts through showers, sweating, and days of wear. I change it after the 4th day regardless, for hygienic reasons, and I feel it probaby starts to loose some of the elasticity after 4 showers.. These pics are on day 4, after showers and drying. I also have somewhat sensitive skin, and this extra strong adhesive has never broken me out. Going on 3 weeks of usage, and still very happy with the support and results it is giving me. It comes with instructions for wrapping for different injuries, and support... but I looked on YouTube and found my perfect way to wrap for the complex problems I need support with right now. This tape is the best I've found yet! Highly recommended!
