I was looking for a food coloring that would give me an intense blue. After a lot of searching and reading reviews, I decided to buy this one, and it didn't disappoint me.

Nunca antes había utilizado esta marca de colorante aunque siempre escuché buenas referencias pero me quede sorprendida, solo utilize unas gotitas y se hizo azul. Este pastel es de 9 pulgadas.

Este colorante en gel es excelente, realmente cumple con su función. El color es muy intenso y con poca cantidad se logra un tono vibrante. Lo utilicé para decorar una torta y el resultado fue muy bonito, el color quedó uniforme y no afectó la textura de la crema. Además, se mezcla fácilmente y rinde bastante. Me gustó mucho porque da un acabado profesional, ideal para repostería. Lo recomiendo totalmente si buscas colores vivos y de buena calidad.

Este color es súper bueno queda bien en los pasteles lo recomiendo muy buena marca no amarga y da bien su color

Con una sola gota pigmenta muchísimo, no tiene sabor y si es color negro profundo, o se ve verde

Es marca Enco®, pero me marca tanto en la descripción del producto como en etiqueta, super negro, que era lo que yo necesitaba. Pero llegó rojo rojo y me molesta por perdida de tiempo en mi pedido. Y engaño del comerciante o error.
