Is this one good for practicing wing chun?

I would say “No” because the pegs are not that long and sturdy. It may have not be designed for wing chun purposes.

Can someone tell me the circumference measurement of the center pole. I know it says 1.6" thick, but is that for the diameter?

The circumference is ~ 5.5 inches. The diameter- 1.5 inches.

How do you adjust the pieces so each hanger faces a different direction? Two of mine are together.

I swapped mine out with a different piece you can place them in any order you want not just the recommendation

I lost my screws. What screws does this product use?
