Very difficult to use, and didn't fit one of my window units
This thing seems like it would be a lot easier to use than it actually is. If you have a really messed up air conditioner (and you probably do if you're considering buying a special tool to fix it), expect to spend hours working on it with this. Also, it didn't fit one of my units, which has more fins than this had teeth per inch. Even the finest teeth wouldn't fit it, so really this only worked on one window unit I have.

Trash tool!
absolute trash, caused more damage than fix the plastic binds up on the metal fins and bends them worse! DO NOT USE OR BUY THIS TRASH!

Ripped my ac fins
The fin straighteners were pushed towards each other and started ripping the actual fins on my ac. I ended up giving up with this thing

Not able to fit any tines… 🤷🏼
None of the “sizing” worked for the fins on my a/c unit, sadly (as some others have reported). The build quality is fine and the price is very fair, but I followed the online videos and couldn’t fit it into the tines and straighten any out 😔 I will next buy & try the “comb” version 🤷🏼🙏
