The back of the bottle says it's made in an FDA sanctioned facility WITH 3rd party purity verification. It doesn't state origin of ingredients other than made in America.

is royal gelly better than ceylon cinnamon ?

Ceylon Cinnamon is better for a few reasons. First, the minimal effective dose is very small. Second, it has more research showing a true reduction in blood glucose without causing an increase in insulin. Royal jelly often needs to be taken in high dosages(6g/day) and there are few studies supporting it for a reduction in blood glucose. Royal Jelly is hard to get ahold of. Many supplement companies have been found lying about their claims of having royal jelly in their supplements.
