Good option for various sinks and can trim to fit.
Replacing these stoppers is easy. At first I was disappointed because the pop up segment was too big for my drains. Then I got smart and used sharp scissors to trim the โfinsโ back just a bit and they fit perfectly. Different sinks will have different hole depths or neck down but these all worked in 6 sinks after trimming the ones that needed it.

Better than my original stopper
I recently replaced the plumbing under my sink, but was annoyed that the original pop-up would come-up at an angle so that the water didn't flow well. I figured it wasn't long enough and bought th eWaterWorks sink pop-up. Unlike the original pop-up that came with my plumbing, the WaterWorks fits the drian pipe a little tighter, so that the WaterWorks pop-up goes straight up and down. Unlike the original stopper, there was no wobbling and no leaning to one side. Basically, a perfect fit. As a result, I didn't even need to use the bottom hole on the pop-up, just the standard length hole above it. Now for the fine details in case you are a little OCD like me. First, the plastic fins very lightly rub against the side of the drain pipe. However, it does not seem to stop the stoppers movement and the "friction" is actually far less than the friction of the rest of the levers that lift and lower the pop-up. In fact the tight fit is why the pop-up worked better than the original and did not wobble or lean. If the slight rubbing bothers you, you can reduce the fin ever-so-slightly with sand paper or a razor, but it probably isn't necessary. Second, the metal stopper sits slightly on top of the drain instead of being completely inside the drain as my original stopper did. However,it still stopped the water 100% and it still looked pretty good, so mission accomplished. I cannot rate durability, but if your original stopper is also plastic, then I suspect this replacement pop-up stopper will last at least as long as the original. Also, if it turns out that you need the extra length, you can use the bottom hole and won't need to go out and by a different stopper.

Drain plug
Easy to install. I was expecting a silver top, instead it's blue. Either way, I had to put it in such a way that it would stay open. I'm not sure what maintenance did to my sink but it has no reflection on the drain plug. I have it in the drain in such a way that the water won't pool at the bottom of my sink like it did with the last drain plug that I bought. It bothered me that maintenance took my original plug. ๐

Too short and misleading (no ball rod included)
This is not universal, despite its marketing. Itโs far too short for some sinks. The photos used to sell it are also misleading. They imply that it comes with a ball rod. It does not. To top it off, it just feels extremely light and cheaply made.

Worked perfectly as a replacement for our worn out old stopper. Larger size is harder to find.

Product is as advertised - Value for the Price.
This product fits and works perfectly in any sink with a 1 3/8 inch drain popup stopper system. It is way cheaper than the $40.00 for hardware to replace the entire sink drain assembly. Dispite an extensive search at actual hardware stores and online plumbing fixture suppliers I could not locate a replacement gasket for the 1 and 3/8 inch popup stopper. The original stopper assembly has a chrome plated metal threaded on top and this item appears to be a moulded plastic assembly with a crimp fitted chrome dresser plate. Honestly that is just astetics as this item works as well as the original. Now I need to order a second one for the sink in the other bathroom.
