Can someone tell me if I can fit a teddy bear

Yes, you actually can. You need to purchase an impulse sealer to reseal after cutting the seam. There are a few tutorial on YouTube showing how to get the bear inside.

Would these be okay to fill with small balloons?

Yes definitely. I do it all the time. They expand enough to put a 12” balloon inside.

Can you put a LED balloon light inside these clear balloons?

It would be very time consuming. The opening comes flat so you would need to figure something out to open it up and then string the lights into the balloon... but I think the effect would be great!

Hello how long does the balloon last inflatable when seal right ?

I have one that has been aired up about 3wks and hasn’t lost any air. If not tied properly by the 3rd wk it will be much smaller than the original size
