These monsters are EASY TO SWALLOW even though they are giant. Easier to swallow than any other calcium I've tried

The pills are GINORMOUS!! Surprisingly very, very easy to swallow and super effective with both much needed supplements. Will definitely keep on re-order.

Both Vitamin E + Calcium in one capsule. One bottle gives 4 months supply, since you take 2 capsules. Price is more than reasonable for the amount of capsules. They are on the large size, which seems par for the course when taking calcium supplements, and I usually have trouble swallowing those, in fact I end up gagging. These are shiny & slick so they go down easy peasey. No gagging! I have finally found a Vit E + Calcium supplement that I don't dread taking. Will reorder as I need these. Thanks to the manufacturer!

This is okay so far I have only used this for about 4 days. I didn't like that it contains the caltrate form of calcium which some advise not to since it can contribute to kidney stones..so I will get through this enormous bottle and then re-evaluate.

These pills are huge. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to swallow them but it turns out I was. If you have trouble swallowing huge pills, you may have to cut them open, use a pill crusher, or drink a glass of water prior to taking these. I am lactose intolerant and have not had dairy milk for years, so I knew I was calcium deficient. I recently hurt my wrist from holding a chonky tablet with a case on it for an extended period of time (guessing wrist strain) and it hadn't really healed for over a week. I also have chronic knee pains and get shin splits (or whatever they're called) when jogging. Well, duh. That was all due to less than 20% of my DV of calcium intake. I've taken this once and the majority of my wrist feels painless just over night- there's still a slight amount of pain but I'm sure it'll be fine within a few days or so. My knees no longer have pain in them either, so I'm very happy with this. Obviously if you're getting close to your DV of calcium every day you probably won't have as a drastic improvement as I have. I wasn't even expecting to feel any effect until a few weeks or so, but wow. I recommend this if you're lactose intolerant and hardly getting any calcium in your diet.

It is a big pill (long) but it is very slick and goes down easily. I have had a problem with smaller pink pills.

I didn't realise they would be the size of horse tablets!! They are soft gel and so far i have been swallowing them without choking!! I have approx 220 to go????
