Very interesting read, a must for any Voyager fan. Well packaged and arrived promptly.

A comprehensive guide to all things USS Voyager, the ship, support craft, technology and it's personnel. I would personally like to see more photos of the sets and props but given this is an illustrated handbook and not a photoalbum it does exactly what it says on the cover. It was a bit disappointing to see there was a grammtical error in the foreward, given it was literally the second page of full text in the book, but that doesn't necessarily detract from the rest of the content. It just means the editor didn't pay attention long enough to read the first two pages! Looking forward to the Deep Space Nine and Enterprise NX-01 handbooks.

When I ordered this book my expectations we're not high. I'd become used to listening to others rave about Next Gen and then pile on the negatives about my favorite series...Voyager. I really don't care because we all know that Janeway knows when to bark out orders and when to KICK *SS! But back to the book. I also had become used to picking up books and toys etc that never seemed to hold-up when compared to those of the other series. Well my friends...can you give us a HALLELUJAH! This volume had me from the moment I unwrapped it's shrink-wrap to the moment I laid it down to write this review! Perfect in every way. Images extremely detailed and well done. The paper stock is thick and glossy and lends itself to crystal clear images. The boards on the book are smooth and the perfect thickness. But most of all it is a surface that is difficult to fingerprint etc! The book is sewn to a ribbon and then attached "loose" to the cover which provides the very best of design allowing the pages to lay flat from day one. Do yourself and any guests that may sort through your books a favor when they come upon this treasure. They don't even need to be a fan for each to get something out of this marvelous tome. I am certain you will enjoy "Star Trek Voyager: THE U.S.S. VOYAGER NCC-74656. Pick it up now and collect the true First Edition.
