How do I keep it turned on to charge my laptop?? Every time I turn it on it turns off in a few seconds

Check the wattage of the item you are attempting to charge, If it is greater than 100w (the maximum this unit is capable of) it may be shutting off due to overload protection. I have experienced this while attempting to charge a 180w laptop. Let us know how you get on.

How long does this device take to charge? It’s been plugged in for 2 hours and still at the same charge level

Ok This charger did not take that long for me to charge it because I used the Type USB C Charging port. Please read the instructions and operation capabilities of the charger. You have two types of charging input: Type USB and USB C which is the fastest of the two ports. I think it took me 2 - 3 hours to recharge the unit from low side. Always let it charge down to almost zero before recharging again but do not let it conk out on you. recharge in the low 20 percent range. I hope that helps and preplanning and having it fully charged when you leave, well that is for you to properly plan.

How do i know this battery is tsa approved as advertised ? is there a certificate ?
