Is the volume of this device high enough & it randomly stops to music @different durations

Yes. Great fun for young and old.

Does it play the Wiggles song of the same name from Yummy Yummy?

Hello Deanna, This game plays one song Pop Goes the Weasel.Kind Regards,MonicaCustomer ServiceS&S Worldwide

Is this a good toy for a 5 yr old?

Yes, a great game for the entire family. My niece, a teacher uses in her 1st grade class on a rainy day. I purchased for a 2 and 4 year old and they got such a kick that Mom, Dad, Grandma and Grandpa all played the game.

Idk. But when mine arrived even though I had a battery in it it did not work. I just had to run to Walmart and buy my son one that I tried out in the store that actually worked.
