Great service and product
We had an old but still useful laptop but no charger, and didn't think we would be able to source a compatible charger anywhere. Found this on Amazon with next day delivery as I do Prime. Very happy as it works as described, reasonable price as well.

don`t waste your money
rubbish, doesn`t have enough power to charge the laptop. Will only charge when turned off. Don`t waste your money.

Overheating turns it unusable
The charger is poorly designed so that it overheats all the time. No, that it is much more compact than the original. After 2 weeks of use, the cord coming off the power unit started acting badly. Now it works only if I place the device in a specific position. Possibly the overheating caused the charging cord partially detach from the power unit or have a bad contact. It might be a problem with my unit so I will give the product a presumption of innocence and will blame the problem on the single unit itself now. I saw some people having more luck with it. Just be aware that it is a UK plug if you plan to get one.
