No this is more of a chemical exfoliation. It does leave your skin very soft each time you use it.

Does it improve strawberry look?

Yes. I noticed a difference after the first use and the redness is completely gone after just a week. I bought the coolife exfoliator and the exfoliating lotion as well.

After properly rinsing off, will this cleanser bleach or lighten your clothing & fabrics especially when you sweat?

No I had no problem with that after use.
