Works great! Read the reviews but we had no button issues etc.It was just like last one we had! Put in batteries and ready to go. No set up needed. This was a great affordable replacement at around $10 for the 2 pack so we have a backup ... and came overnite which was awesome because....the dog ate the remote and there was no tv until it arrived! !

Works perfectly

Works perfectly straight out of the box. No setup required for Sony XBR75X850E (2018 model). Should be compatible without programming for most Sony TVs. It is very lightweight, which was surprising, but seems durable enough. Good value for the price. Two remotes came in the box.

This is my second remote, the same make. The first one worked well for a month, then the most important button failed, the MUTE, button. Then latter the Jump failed, the second most important. So I had to use volume button to mute, and the channel button to go back and forth between channel. Finally the POWER button failed. So I purchased this the second one, I hope it works better and lasts longer. So far wonderful all the buttons work.

I keep the TV that requires this remote in the basement and the floors are finished concrete. I broke the original remotes because I kept dropping them. This remote was an inexpensive third replacement. It’s not as smooth or as responsive as the original. Yet, it does the job and the price is so much more reasonable, I bought two. When this one inevitably breaks, I already have a spare.

UPDATE - after using this for months, I have grown to hate this remote and i highly recommend to buy the original Sony remote for like ten bucks more (?) You have to push keys over and over to do what i need - it works but it is not smooth like a tv remote should be... below is my original review after purchase I have purchased two replacement remotes in past 6 months - first was an original Sony and it was identical to original remote (as name suggests) - this one was like 8 bucks cheaper and was came in 1 day (rather than 2 for the original) - it works just fine but the buttons have a clicking sound and don't press in quite as smooth as original (hope this goes away after breaking in). Not a huge deal and for price it is good but I still can't wait to find wherever the kids have put my original :) if I had to do it again, I'd pay the extra 8 bucks and get original

Is exactly what you get that is pictured, works well with out smart tv, everything seems to work and function just fine
