Blauberg Portable Air Conditioner Hose Extension Kit 150mm x 3m

Ordered and delivered fast much appreciated as its hot hot hot. Needed to move air con unit so it covers all of upstairs rather than the furthest corner from the other bedroom. Was slightly dreading attaching in to the ridged pipe that I had due to some comments, yes it's thin yes lightweight yes I can see why you could easily put a finger through it but I have long nails and managed not to do pierce it so must be fairly strong. I attached the expander to the ridged pipe first as I didn't want to twist the thinner one and damage it whilst doing it this worked a treat. Stretched the the thin one over the expander and tapped it up with small 2" section of tape at a time then finally did a long strip twice over my join. Then back over the other end again so 3 layers of tape each kept some tape in case I needed to fix any holes that may appear. Next the jubilee clip on the expander and my ridged pipe. All joined together beautifully now placing it out a window, I've tried to keep the hose as straight as possible without it drooping to help the hot air vent out without causing the unit to over heat. Been on for several hours and has worked a treat. Now you can feel some warmth from the ducting but that would happen from any extension ducting (and you have to be about 2cm from duct to actually feel it) and this has not affected the the unit doing its job in cooling the room down. So a brilliant extension kit with everything you need apart from a pair of scissors and patience took about 10mins if that. Thanks from a now cool room in South London.

Really good hose, works well on my domestic portable AC unit. the tape it came with is amazing. Would recommend this item. Only would have prefered to have this being a thicker more lasting plastic - the material is thin and likely to puncture easily if you have kids and pets. Length is accurate, easy to use, comparable value good compatibility.

We are very happy with our purchase. Our Meaco unit had a ridiculously short pipe. This item solved our issue of being able to place the unit elsewhere in the room. It's not really that flimsy (so far no punctures) and the repair tape is appreciated. Easy to fit as well.

Ripped apparat within days. Very thin plastic and gets really hot (no insulation)

Like everyone else has said, it is very flimsy so gets very hot straight away, because of this my room doesn’t cool down as much as it did with the original one. But apart from that it’s okay and does it’s job.

Le pongo la menor valoración porque una vez instalado la calor que desprende es demasiada. No recomiendo ninguna extensión de aire acondicionado porque al final la calor que desprenden en su recorrido no compensa. Lo mejor es usar una extensión con un máximo de 2 metros.

Très complet, beaucoup d' accessoires mais peut-être un peu fragile. Par contre vu sa longueur je peux le diviser en 4. A recommander.
