Bought this because my husband has allergies and my cat has asthma. It's big. Larger than I expected (should have paid closer attention to the description) but this thing registers when we cook bacon in the kitchen 2 floors down). It seems to do a good job. We've got construction going on in our house right now and at least no one's allergies have gotten worse.

This is a Consumer Reports recommended air filter for smoke from the Canadian wildfires. Easy to use. Controls very clear. The results actually match changing information from airnow.gov.. Customer Support was responsive. You will need to download/print your own operating manual from their website because one is not included with the unit.

Works great and covers large area. It’s not bulky and easy to carry if you need to move it. I’ve noticed less dust and odors in the house since I’ve had it. Wish I had purchased sooner! I’ve had it about 4 months now.

Control panel starting flickering and is totally unresponsive. For what this cost it should have no issues and it's out of Warranty. I have a winnix that's been running for over 3 years on high non stop 7 days a week and still going strong. Don't waste your money. There are cheaper and better options out there.

I know it is kinda expensive, but it does a great job of clearing the air. It is designed to run 24/7 and the filters last about a year before needing replacement. I can tell a difference in the air in our home; it feels cleaner and fresher. The sound level is low so it is barely noticeable.

Customer support is superb. Agent explained I was still under full warranty with my six year old 75i breathsmart and entitled to a free replacement machine. She explained in detail how to easily replace my unit now or in the future. Then she walked me through some easy fixes, one of which worked. Very patient and knowledgeable. Obvious she had done this herself and was not just working off a template. (Two internal switches, not just one like I thought, and a jostled machine sometimes loosens the internal filter contact and cuts power.)

It comes with instructions it’s super easy he pretty much plug-in and you’re ready to go make sure you remove the plastic that’s covering the filter on the inside of the device. I highly recommend this.

This product is incredibly expensive for a fan and a filter. I erroneously thought “for this price it must be amazing.” It was not. The product seems well made, and the filter is definitely impressive. That said, the product mine quickly made my home smell like a locker room. I was told to run it on high for 24 hours. That didn’t help. I tried to clean it out thinking maybe I’d gotten a refurbished one. This helped some, it not nearly enough for almost $850 by the time you add the upgraded filter and taxes. The company also predicates its lifetime warranty on a filter subscription, but when you try to sign up for one you are simply told that you’ll receive an email soon with details. The email never comes. I eventually gave up and shipped it back. At least amazon was good about a refund. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this very overpriced fan attached to a hepa filter.
