What is size L dimension? Would it fit boy size 10-12

Does this come with the scythe as the description states?

The original description stated that it did come with the scythe. Received my order today and it did NOT come with it. Seems the description has been changed now too 😡

My child wear a 10/12 should i get a medium or large.
