Put new cotton in my zippos now it doesn't run out of fluid as much and xleaner burning

Both packs are in one clear bag
I thought I only received one package but both were included, facing back to back, in a tightly sealed bag. Open the package before you think you were shorted. Great product. Great service.

Unexpected
The product works great but I only received one pack of cotton and felt and the description read 2 pack. Is there anyway I can get one more?

Only came with 1 refill
This is supposed to be a 2 pack, but they only sent 1. The refill cotton and felt are fine, but $26 for 1 refill is crazy. I should have just purchased a whole new zippo or 2 for that price.

Only received (1) refill. (1) 28 dollar felt and small bag-o-cotton!
I only received (1) refill, and I'm not the only one, soooo, I should have read the reviews...I hope this helps someone before they buy.... left 1 star cause I had too...

It looks like 1 pack because they are back to back in a single plastic package.
I thought I’d only received 1 package, but there are 2. Open it before complaining. I didn't and I feel a bit foolish. Fast delivery and great service. Genuine Zippo is the only way to go.
