I have a BMW that is lowered. This Jack would not get underneath my car. I tried it on my wife's SUV which you could see in the video and her SUV is too high for this jack to lift the tire off the ground. However for my daughters Mazda sedan, it is perfect. This Jack is plenty powerful and it lifted up my wife's heavy SUV but it reached its highest capacity without getting the ground. So if you have a raised SUV or a lowered car then this Jack will not work for your vehicle. If you have a standard compact midsize or full size sedan this Jack is perfect. It also doubles as a air pump and includes a lug wrench. The lug wrench is not strong enough to break lug nut connections or to tighten them fully. However this lug nut wrench will speed up the process of removing the lug nuts once you've broke the connection and then can use this to spend them off very fast. This also saves you time to spend them back on very fast and then use your lug wrench to tighten fully. This combo Jack air pump will definitely save you time if you got a flat tire. This setup sure does beat getting out a manual hand Jack and cranking it by hand. The included lug wrench will also save you time. I tested the air compressor not in this video and it does a great job airing up tires as well. The included case is a little too big to fit in the fender well so it it stayed stored in my daughter's trunk. It is very good peace of mind to have this combo car jack and air compressor in my daughter's car. I tested the car jack a couple of times already and it holds a car up as long as you want it to and I definitely trust it after testing it. I definitely recommend this and glad that I found it on Amazon.

I have used the jack part a few times now. It really works well. Have used the air pump many times now. I works well too. Only issue is the little door to the compartment that holds the power cord does not like to stay closed. Not a big deal. This saves my back and WORKS. .

In the time I've been using it, and I use it quite lot, I think it's a good product. One small detail is the connection of the lug nut remover; it doesn't fit well and sometimes it disconnects

I love the jack but it's too small for my 04 Chevy Tahoe. It barely lifts it off the ground from the sides and no clearance from the front or back.

****PLEASE SEE UPDATE**** WARNING!!!!! ALWAYS KEEP EXTRA FUSES IN YOUR VEHICLE OF YOUR USING THIS JACK EXCLUSIVELY. I bought this unit to replace my 2 ton jack that started failing due to a hydraulic leak. The product lifted my full size truck without a problem. I was changing my brakes and decided to give this unit a try. It comes with 2 options for power 1 - a cigarette lighter adaptor or 2 - alligator cables to connect directly to the battery. I opted to direct connect to the battery. It raised the vehicle effortlessly and I used my jack stands to support the vehicle. I then used the included impact wrench to lossen my lugs. Then a bad thing happend! No POWER!!!! I was done and ready to lower the truck and the system failed to operate. After checking the unit and all of the connections I found the culprit. A burnt out glass fuse (I think it is 7.5a) located inline in the cable. Fortunately, my wife's car worked fine, so I drove it to the nearest auto parts store and bought a few of those fuses. I changed the fuse and was then able to lower the vehicle. It would have been a nightmare had this problem occurred on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. Do yourself a HUGE favor and if you buy this unit, buy extra fuses too. The company really should have provided at least 1 extra fuse,, especially since there is no way to manually wind down the jack once it is stuck and the fuse blew on first use. Hope this helps someone and avoid a major inconvenience, safety issue, or costly tow expense. ***UPDATE*** After speaking with their customer service, which is the best I've ever experienced in a very long time, they were gracious enough to offer a refund. Also, they pointed out that there are replacement fuses located in a compartment within the unit. They refunded me fully for the cost of the unit and compensated me for the inconvenience and followed up continuously to ensure that I was satisfied. All products are probe to have ssues, and when they do, it is how the customer is treated that makes a world of difference. For that reason, I'm changing my rating to 5 stars!!! Andre

Used jack 3 or 4 times over several months and it worked great. Tried to use it again after the Amazon return period is past and the jack function was dead, no response to switch at all. Had power, light and air compressor worked fine. The really bad part is that I bought this for my wife's car so that she could change a tire in an emergency. No response from the gmail address they give for customer service on the instruction sheet. Do not buy this brand, look for something reliable.

I am happy with this little jack so far.....it's low profile is a plus. There was no problem jacking up my pickup and the profile makes it ideal for jacking up lawn equipment and trailers. The impact has a different operating style but it has worked well. Ease of use: Its's portable and fits well in the hard case Power: It's much better than a scissor jack!

I used it several times and worked good. When I changed the brakes on my truck I couldn't break one of the bolts using a long break bar , I tried the impact and was surprised to see how quickly it loosen the frozen bolt.

I first received this item and was excited about it as I’ve never owned an automatic device to lift the car up for tire changes etc, this item is of extreme built quality, amazing brief case that has Velcro patches on 1 side to stick in your trunk without shuffling around while driving! Now that is the type of attention to detail I call class . The item is also accompanied by a very powerful “Impact wrench” swap your tires too, how ever my wrench seemed to have a “Manufacture defect” which is normal once in a while with every company out of XYZ amount of thousands of products there will always be one or two that have a problem it’s totally normal life isn’t perfect, how ever, I reached out to the seller, and boy must I say, they were really kind and had such professionalism that they even offered to send me out an entire new order telling me to keep the one I have, unfortunately due to the popularity of the item there were temporarily none left in stock, so the seller proceeded to send me a full refund instead … Talk about professional courtesy, honesty and clientele service. I absolutely highly recommend this seller as they have top notch products and customer service, so far probably the best I’ve encountered up to today .
