Bought Always Discreet Adult Incontinence Pads thinking I was entering my “mature wellness era.” Turns out I was entering the “I sneezed and survived” era. These things are shockingly effective. I laughed too hard at a dog video, had a moment of immediate regret, and these pads handled it like a trained emergency response team. No leaks, no drama, no need to explain why I suddenly changed pants at 2 PM. They’re also way less noticeable than expected. I walked around all day convinced everyone could hear a crinkling diaper symphony, but apparently that was just my own paranoia. Only downside: now I have too much confidence. I drink coffee, watch stand-up comedy, and trust my bladder in ways that would have been reckless last month. Would recommend to anyone who’s ever coughed, sneezed, laughed, or simply lost a minor argument with gravity.

do what they are made for. a bit thin for those who experience heavy incontinence problems. But they help to control odor as long as they last. Too expensive for those on medicare- which does NOT cover the cost.

I will only buy these in here the stores charge too much and they prevent odors and last long the number one brand hands down .

These pads hold a lot of moisture. Good length for me-regular. Available in long. Each individually wrapped. Can carry in pocket (thin) or in small to large purses. Maybe I will need a heavy pad later. But these regulars are great, and don’t show on the outside. The only improvement would be to have better adhesive of the back of the pad in the rear. I found that they are effective and economical.

Love these for moderate bladder leaks. Longer length gives more confidence from fears of SUI. absorbs well. Longer Length & thinner pads are better fit for the bigger ladies. Doesn't usually show under clothes.

These are my favorite period pads! They’re super absorbent, yet slender and discrete. They have a leak proof barrier that helps hold even the heaviest flows. They are more expensive than other period pads, but well worth the splurge to me.

Good product but they are heavily scented, do I cannot use them.

Far to thin. Wouldn't even hold 50ml of water. Tested against other same brand of pad total fail 4 drop rating.. yeah maybe hold 4 small drops

This has always been the go-to brand for my wife's bladder control issues. The length, the absorbency, the thinness, everything is on point. We will keep buying Always Discreet for sure.

Perfect for when you need a little extra insurance. Make it easier to go on a flight or out shopping g or any situation where you might be caught short.
