IT TOOK A 2 FULL MONTHS, BUT I AM NOW ON MY 3RD MONTH AND KNOCK ON WOOD THE LAST 5 NIGHTS I HAVEN'T SOAKED MY PJS OR MY SHEETS. STILL TAKING SOY ISOFLAVONES FOR HOT FLASHES AS WELL AND NOW IT'S ALMOST LIKE I AM NORMAL.

I have been taking this product for over 9 years now. When I first started using this I would take it daily - BUT - now that I am at the age I am, I take it every 3 days (skip two days and take it on the third day). It has supported me with what is listed on the front of the box. To me it is worth the purchase.

This helps so much with the symptoms of menopause. Decreased hot flashes from 20-30 a day to 2-3. Mood swings decreased as well. I don't feel like I'm going crazy anymore. Tried other products only to come back to what works.

I've been on these for awhile their OK, but not as good as healthy women, which was discontinued.

I've been taking this for a month now and I am starting to have results even my husband has noticenoticed. I feel like my moods swings are decreasing, my hot flashes are not as frequent at night, and my libido is starting to come back. For me it just took some time so if someone starts this product just be patient it may help right away or take a little time every one is different hormonaly.

I finished my first box and decided to order another one. I just opened the sealed second box and was appalled to see that half of the pills came with mold on them and one of the pills was missing half of it, didn’t look like something I would put in my mouth. I lost trust in this brand and won’t order any more because it doesn’t look like there is quality control. Expiration date is in 2028, so they should have been fresh pills.

I feel safe about the packaging and quality. Seems good to me, I haven't had any bad side effects from using this supplement. Seems to be helping

This supplement helped quell my night sweats after using it for 3 days. It was amazing. I'm so appreciative & am continuing to take it daily.
