Dremel US540-01 Ultra-Saw 3.5-Inch Tile Diamond Blade, White

I'm a little ambivalent about the Dremel Ultrasaw. It's been good for flush cuts under thresholds but that's about it. I'm a little pissed off that the blade size is so unusual there are no alternative sources for blades. However, I needed to cut about 50 porcelain tiles for a backsplash project. Using a jig and a squirt bottle for water lubrication this blade cut them all and is ready for more. It also proved able for plunge cutting square openings for outlets. Couldn't have been more pleased, and the blade seems little worse for the wear. I'd do it again, of course. I was glad I had some diamond t blades for my jig saw to clean up the plunge cuts, but the Dremel blade was the real champ.

I used these for a back porch tiling project. They were an outstanding alternative to a wet saw. They cut through the porcelain tile like butter. There was a little bit of chipping, but it was barely noticeable and, when standing on the tile after grouting, the chipping is not noticed. Make sure to wear goggles and a face mask, this is a serious tool and requires safety measures. All in all, Very Very happy with the performance of this blade.

i used this to cut about a four foot length of floor tile that had been installed onto cement basement floor a few years ago. it did the job well enough. does not require water which makes it an easier task. i just ran the shop vac hose up close to the saw to catch the mess as best i could. it does not seem to be worn or damaged after this one use.

Dremel acquired RotoZip, which I consider to be a great tool. I am glad these blades are a perfect fit to the RotoZip and show good quality. I used it to cut marble and some metal pipes. It did the job without effort.

I used this blade to cut through some existing tile so that I could add a wall to a bathroom. I was able to easily cut a 3-4' section of tile in less than a minute and the blade cut the tile so easily that maintaining a straight line was very no problem at all. I will definitely be using this blade for my future tile cutting needs, and I highly recommend investing in one of these blades if you're cutting tile that has already been laid (a wet tile saw is likely a better choice for new tile installation).

I had a small area to cut on existing tile and it did a great job. It was a nice clean cut and it cut without a lot of pressure.

Cut through faux brick easily. Blade lasted through the jobs conclusion. I would buy this again.
