Hi Miri, Thanks for your question. Lucidia can be for both kids and/or adults. The dosage for an adult is 2-3 capsules on an empty stomach as often as needed. For children ages 2-6, 1/2-1 capsule and children 7-12, 1-2 capsules as needed. Please test with half the dose recommended at first to ensure no negative reaction to the stinging nettles. If no reaction occurs, such as mild skin rash on arms within 20 minutes, then proceed with the recommended dose. Thanks!
