Grandson Loves Them
Purchased these gaming headphones for my 13 year old grandson in March 2018. He tells me they have great sound and comfortable enough to wear for hours. About a month ago one channel failed. Contacted Amazon at that time and a replacement was sent out that day. The new set has been working without any issue. Good product and good service.

Okay for competitive games but not for music.
I also tried the Sennheiser PC37X GAME ONE headphones and the Krakens beats them in comfort and value by miles.SOUNDGood for competitive fps games like CSGO or Fortnite that require a really accurate sound-stage to pin point exactly where surrounding sounds are coming from. The overall frequency response is decent, but it's pretty muddy in the mid bass. Treble clarity is low and can get overpowered by the mid bass easily, but is not too bad at lower volumes. There is little to no audible bass under 60hz but that is expected with open back headphones. If it wasn't for the aesthetic and amazing comfort, I would had gave a much lower review.COMFORTOne of the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn and I've worn many. It is comparable to the Beats Pro level of comfort. Very light weight, cushioning and headband feel great, and mic is nicely positioned, ears stay cool, and the wire is great size for controllers.OVERALLIf you're looking for headphones strictly for gaming, these are a pretty good choice. I don't recommend them for music.

Desempeño decepcionante
He estado utilizando unos audífonos HyperX Cloud Stinger por 2 años con muy buenos resultados en mi consola Xbox X con Dolby Atmos instalado. Desde hacía un tiempo he estado investigando acerca de unos buenos audífonos para mejorar los que tengo actualmente y tener una mejor experiencia en juegos como Rainbow 6 Siege, en los que el audio tiene un papel importante. Estuve analizando las comparaciones que hay en internet y, en general, los Razer Kraken Pro V2 están bien posicionados (sin ser High-End).Los compré y, visualmente, son imponentes; desde el empaque se percibe que son de alta calidad. Al momento de probarlos me sentí decepcionado, el micrófono funciona muy bien pero el audio es malo. Se percibe un "vacío" muy fuerte, lo cual llega a ser molesto al momento de estar jugando; los probé conectados a un control Elite y a un control S con los mismos resultados.Finalmente decidí regresarlos y buscar unos audífonos HyperX de nueva generación.

Un sueño hecho realidad!!
Me explayaría totalmente como en 20 líneas para explicar y detallar lo excelente que son estos audífonos, no sólo es la marca, de verdad estarás adquiriendo un producto.. cremita de la buena, suave y potente es una combinación casi rara. Recomiendo totalmente estos audífonos para jugar Clash Royal, Brawl Stars, y escuchar música estan geniales!!!

Sturdy, average overall
Solid construct, sound is not that good, there is also no option to adjust the sound chat within the headphones, so for the price its not that much of a good buy, i did buy those because of the aluminium frame, and they do a good job at being sturdy, the sound isnt that bad its just that for this price you expect something better.
