As a regular user of KT tape (which is a fine product) I have constantly been on the lookout for a cheaper alternative that offers the same quality. Well... I've found it right here with this tape. This tape is more than equal and provides great adhesion, support and pain relief. In fact I found this tape was better in the water proof stakes, remaining well in place after an hour long soak post match. Get product. Great value. A no brainer if you use tape every week as I do. Two boxes ( 6 rolls ) for a couple of quid more than the cost of one roll of the market leading brand. I'm chuffed as punch.

My son says this product helps with the growing pains in his knee. We use it for other muscle injuries and it helps.

I wasnt sure at first how a tape can help but recommended by a friend I had went for it. I play football couple of times a week and nearly 40 so ankle sprains are very common but this helped me massively as it gives me the extra support my ankles needed. I dont play without these anymore as they gives that extra secure feeling when playing and help with twists ankle injuries that I used to get very often but not anymore. Defo worth a go if people are thinking of giving a shot.

My son bought this tape to support his wrists and his back whilst boxing, they work really well. He sweats a lot and the DK tape stays in place. Having it pre cut saves a lot of waste, just the right size for him. I've used some to help support my back and as another user said my time between visits has gone from days to a couple of weeks. Instructions are very clear to understand. Would definitely recommend this product

I suffer from hypermobile joints, so strapping this around my knee and ankle helped loads in giving strength to where they’re unstable. The adhesive lasted about three days for me, which is good- I could have a rest day and then strap up again if I needed to. There’s plenty of guides online for any kind of taping that you’d need so it’s super easy to use. The package came on time and with a useful beginner guide

Pretty impressed by this K-Tape. It's pre-cut so you don't need to faff about shaping the ends. It's stretchy, and it stays stuck. First time I used it was on a wet 14.5mile run - it stayed on perfectly and then stayed on through 3 showers and another short run. I'm more worried about taking it off rather than it coming loose. The first 2 times I peeled it off (wet, in the shower) it was really painful, so I've shaved the area now & it's less painful when removing.

When removed the tape has taken several Layers of skin off and caused pain.

I have been using Kinesiology tape for a while now for an injury to my knee, and this tape is the best I've found! Love that it's precut so it's quick and easy to apply anywhere.. it also stays put and comes with a lovely guide in print but also a fab E-Guide which is easy to follow and very informative. I highly recommend thus product and I for one will not be buying anything but this from now on!
