These knee sleeves, give a lot of support and comfort to your knees. I have purchased several brands of knee sleeves over the years and these by far are the best quality.. I would suggest you size up as they do tend to run a little small in my opinion. This is my third order of this pair of knee sleeves. They wash and hold up very well. Highly recommend!

The medium fits just right for me. I am 5-11 178 lbs with medium build. It is snug and does not slip. I wear it when playing pickle ball and for various manual labor tasks on our property. It is fairly comfortable and not cumbersome. I can't really say it is physically helpful. It's benefit may be in that it gives one a little more confidence. I don't know how much copper is has. It has a lot of copper color which I suspect some of which may be just copper colored thread. The skeptic in me wonders about the copper actually helping but when you are hurting it's worth a $20 dollar gamble.

I hike in the Grand Canyon (rim-to-river-to-rim) and these braces offer very good support. However, these braces have rubber on the inside on top, which starts to chafe my thigh by the time that I get to the bottom (about 3 hours). Because of this, I've switched to other knee braces. If your hikes are much shorter, then these braces will be fine.

Didn't fit

Tweaked my knee a few months back and was looking for a knee brace for a little support. I'm not really sure about all these "copper-infused" knee braces (how they're "infused," if the copper really makes a difference) but this one looked well made and was definitely a value. It arrived in 2 days. Slipped it on and it fit perfectly (I followed the sizing guidelines). Stays in place when I wear it and really "hugs" my knee which gives a lot of support. I wear it pretty much every day — especially walking the dog (3-4 miles) — and it definitely helps. Only downside is I really can't wear it under dress slacks — it kind of bunches up the pant leg. But other than that, it's a great knee brace and a 5-star value.

Seem ok, tad loose it seems but should be ok as long as it doesnt move. Went with the size it told me for size. Any tighter though it could cut circulation off. Support seems about the same if not better then the average ace knee wrap. My knee cap doesnt go back to its place so itll give out at times. Walking does feel better then the wrap. For the price im glad I went with these. Id recommend and id buy again. I thought my knee was toast. Needed my cane or trek pole to stand. Now hope i get some strength back, waiting for injection is taking way too long. Good luck!
