Seller responded well and sent replacement set of "improved" filters
After installation everything was good; but within 2 months these pre/post filters plugged up and reduced water flow to near zero. Initially I was disappointing as water quality where I live is “pretty good”, and I typically only need to replace these filters. About once a year (2 years for the RO membrane filter). However the seller addressed the problem well, and sent me a newer set of "improved" filters

they're easy to use (no water leaks ), easy to replace (2x a year) by using shot off valve...
...this is one of the best under counter top drinking water filter... I'm using it in my house over decades... It happens, replacement cartridges are available online only...

Good service and a reasonable price
Easy to install, which can replace the GE FQSLF filter. The water flow was very slow for the 1st package I received, called customer service and received a replacement in two days and it works properly. I am very happy with the price and good customer service.

What I needed at the best price!
Ordering filters for drinkers can be very confusing, but these filters (for GE FQSLF) were less than half the price of the ones I originally ordered AND they arrived within a day. They are easy to install and our water tastes great. Would definitely order again!
