Teflon Bike Shifter Cable, Bicycle Gear Shift Wire for MTB Road Bike Bmx

I love these! the strands of wire are soaked in Teflon, making it impossible to accidentally separate. They slide very easily into and through the cable housing, and attach with no issues.

Plenty of length and it fit easily with my ultegra group set. Very easy to install.

Way better than the Shimano XTR shift cable I had to replace. I also had a SRAM cable, but that got a spot rusted just sitting there. I pick this one for Teflon coating. The cable ends did not split after cutting which is a very good sign. I had replace the XTR cable because it frayed badly after only a few installs / readjustments. And there is a waxy wire coating on the XTR that make removal unnecessarily difficult. I would avoid Shimano and SRAM cables from now on; not to mention they are way more expensive. I only removed 1-Star because I don't know how long it will last.

I noticed a big difference in shifting going to these on my SRAM NX shifters.

Just had to replace front derailleur cable on Grip Shift as old one frayed. Fit right and coating reduces fraying, including while installing, and clearly makes cable move easier.

I bought to match the dark theme of my new build and they didn’t disappoint in looks or quality! Will definitely purchase again! FORGET EVERYTHING ABOVE HERE! These didn’t even last 3 months before they were unusable! Look nice at first but the cable underneath are garbage!
